Hi, I'm Lauren! I am 41 years old, and I have a family of 6 including my dog. I am from Baltimore Maryland, having moved to Ocean Pines in 2009. With 25 years of experience in the hair industry, I have honed my skills under the tutelage of master stylists and am certified in extensions and keratin treatments. I have also taken classes in, and received certifications in; precision haircutting techniques, highlighting and color service techniques, and Updo styling. I also offer wedding packages, and love doing bridal parties! I’m passionate about continuous learning and regularly attend advanced education courses to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques. Beyond hair, I believe in giving back to the community, which is why I volunteer at Diakonia. I look forward to creating beautiful, personalized looks for you and making your in-home salon experience cozy, and memorable! I look forward to helping you achieve all your hair goals. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy To secure your appointment, all clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file, including for consultations. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for applicable services. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (“no-show”) or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, I reserve the right to charge the credit card on file up to 100% of the base price of your scheduled service(s), less any deposit already paid. This charge is non-refundable and may be processed automatically in accordance with this policy. For consultation appointments, no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $20 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If your appointment is rescheduled in accordance with this policy, your deposit will remain as a credit on your client account and will be applied toward your future service. All sales are final. While I stand behind the quality of my work and am committed to client satisfaction, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
